The Corner Drum Palletizer has been designed to have a smaller footprint and a lighter weight design then our two other models. This drum palletizer approaches the corner of a pallet using the 90 degree leg design. It is important that the corner of a pallet is accessible to make the most of this machine. Drums can be palletized on and off pallets quickly and efficiently using this machine.

 

The stainless-steel ladder rack and universal catch allows this drum palletizer to accommodate different drums sizes from 13 to 58 gallons made from either steel, plastic or fibreboard materials. Operators can make adjustments to the gripper attachment at the front of the palletizer by simply adjusting the position of the top hook. With drums coming in many shapes and sizes a versatile lifter is a must-have in a modern plant which handles drums on a regular basis.

 
Operator uses the manual hydraulic pump on the corner drum depalletizer to lift and lower drums.

Each hydraulic pump assembly is manufactured by qualified technicians to ensure they are clean and reliable. Hydraulic circuits are flushed through to ensure no debris or dirt passes through the pump unit. During the manufacturing of the drum palletizers engineers test and inspect all components to ensure they work smoothly and effectively throughout the life of the unit.

This product performs well in all conditions due to the high-quality wheels fitted. We use precision bearings on all wheels which offer premium wheel performance in harsh work environments. To get the most out of this palletizer we recommend using it on flat and level ground.
